AI Fashion Video From Your Photos: UGC Clips, Model Walks and Product 360 Turntables

10 September 2026

Three new video workflows arrived in the studio of The New Black AI on 10 September 2026, and they answer the three video questions a fashion brand actually asks: how do I get a UGC style clip of this product without a presenter, how do I make my model walk, and how do I show the back of the piece on the product page. Each one starts from photos you already have. This article says what each workflow does, what it needs, what it costs, and where the clip goes afterwards.

UGC Video: your product, presented to camera

User generated content is the handheld, to camera clip that performs on stories and reels because it looks like a customer showing what she bought. Shooting it takes a presenter, a room, a phone and a day; doing it for a catalogue takes a month.

UGC Video takes one product photo and one line. The presenter, the room and the natural light are generated; the product is yours, kept as photographed: shape, colours, print, logo, the text on the label. The line you write is spoken to camera and lip synced, with the voice generated together with the video. Ten or fifteen seconds, vertical for stories and reels, square or landscape for a product page.

What it is for: a launch story, one reel per product, a variant per market with the line translated, or the whole catalogue in one run with Bulk generation. What it is not: a replacement for your real customers' videos. It is the clip you post when you have none yet, and the one you A/B test against theirs. Feature page: UGC Video.

Model Walk: a runway clip from one image

A still image of a model sells the garment; a few seconds of the model walking sells the fit and the fabric. Model Walk takes any model image, from Product to Model, Virtual Try-On, Create a Product or your own shoot, and makes the runway clip: the model walks toward the camera, turns on the spot, looks over the shoulder, poses. The face, the hair, the outfit and the background stay exactly as in the picture, because the clip is animated from it rather than regenerated.

Five or ten seconds; auto keeps the shape of your image. Use it as a product page hero, a reel per look, a lookbook that moves, or a turnaround of a try-on before you order the sample. Feature page: Model Walk.

Product 360: a turntable from the front and the back

The turntable clip is the catalogue's oldest trick: the product turns, the customer sees the back without clicking. Product 360 takes the two photos you already have, the front and the back, and makes the turn on a plain white background. Both sides are shown exactly as photographed; the workflow does not invent a side you did not give it.

Five or ten seconds. Use it on a product page, in a marketplace listing, in a story, or to check a sample from two photos the factory sent. Feature page: Product 360.

What they have in common

  • Photos in, video out. No prompt engineering: a picture, a few words about the movement or the line, a format, a length.
  • Your product stays your product. The three workflows animate or present what is in the photo; they do not redesign it.
  • PRO AI only. They run on the newest video model and open from the Pro plan, like HD 4K. The price is shown on the Generate button before you spend anything: 11 credits for a 5 second clip, 22 for 10 seconds, 33 for 15.
  • The clip lands in your studio grid, next to the image it came from, in the same project. From there: publish to your Shopify store, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, X or Threads from the Publish tab, upscale to HD, or hand it to an AI agent that posts it on a schedule.
  • Bulk generation works with all three: one setting, up to thirty products in a run.

How to choose

  • A product page needs Product 360 first, then Model Walk if the piece is worn.
  • A story or a reel needs UGC Video, or Model Walk when the look matters more than the pitch.
  • A launch needs all three on the hero product, and Bulk generation on the rest.

For the older, open ended way of animating a picture, where you describe any motion you like, Image to Video is still there. The three new workflows are the guided versions of it, one per job.

Frequently asked questions

Can you use AI for UGC videos?+

Yes. UGC Video makes a to camera clip from one product photo and one line, with a generated presenter and voice. It is the clip you post when you have no customer videos yet, and the one you test against them when you do. Say it is generated where your platform asks for it.

How can I create an AI video for my clothing brand?+

Start from a photo you already have. A product photo becomes a UGC clip or, with a back view, a turntable. A model image becomes a runway walk. Each takes a minute in the studio and lands next to the image it came from.

Can AI change the clothes in a video?+

Not with these workflows: they animate or present the garment that is in the photo. To change the garment, do it on the image first with Virtual Try-On, then animate the result with Model Walk.

Do I need to know how to prompt?+

No. Each workflow asks for one thing in plain words: the line the presenter says, the movement of the model, the rotation of the product. Suggestions are offered if you prefer to pick one.

Which plans include the video workflows?+

They open from the Pro plan, with HD 4K. The price is shown on the button: 11 credits for 5 seconds, 22 for 10, 33 for 15.
