Reply to X Replies from Your Store: The New Black AI
Published 24 September 2026
A post on X gets replies, and a brand that answers them from the platform's own app loses the thread of what has already been answered. The New Black AI now lists the replies under each of your X posts in the Store's Newsletter & social tab, shows who has been answered, and lets you reply as your account without leaving the page.

What the view shows
Open one of your X posts on the agenda: the replies under it, each with its author, its text, its likes, and a mark when your account has already answered. A reply box sends your answer as your connected X account.
How it works
1. Connect X in Connectors. 2. Open a post from Store › Newsletter & social; past days show what your account holds on the network. 3. Read the replies and answer the ones that need it. The answered ones are marked so the next visit starts where the last one ended.
Why it matters for a merchant
Replies are where a post turns into a customer, and they are the part most brands drop after the first day. Keeping them on the same calendar as the posts, with the answered ones marked, turns the reply into a routine rather than a chase. YouTube comments have the same treatment on the same tab.
The X ad campaigns of the same account are read in Ads for a fashion store on one screen. The agenda is described in Weekly social media agenda for fashion brands and on Social media agenda for Shopify fashion brands.
Frequently asked questions
Do I reply as myself?+
As the X account connected in Connectors, the one the posts go out from.
Are old replies listed?+
The replies under the post are read from X when you open it, whatever their date.
Does it need a Shopify store?+
No. Newsletter & social works without one.
