The New Black AI now shows every post of your Instagram and Facebook accounts in one week agenda
Published 19 September 2026
A content calendar that only knows what it posted is half a calendar. The New Black AI now shows, in the week agenda of your Store, every post already on your connected Instagram and Facebook accounts, including the ones posted from your phone or before you connected them.

What the agenda shows
Monday to Sunday, a row per network: Instagram, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, X, YouTube and TikTok, listed even before you connect one. A network you have not connected shows a Connect button on its row, so you see what is possible from the first visit. On Instagram and Facebook, the posts that already exist appear greyed on their day, with the caption and a link to the post, next to the ones scheduled from the agenda.
How it works
1. Connect Instagram and Facebook in Connectors. 2. Open the Store page, Newsletter & social. The week fills with what is already out. 3. Plan around it: the gaps are visible, and the + Post composer fills them.
Why it matters for a brand
The question a brand asks on Monday is "what went out last week and what is missing this week", and until now the answer lived in three apps. One week, one grid, every network, what exists and what is planned.
The agenda is described in Weekly social media agenda for fashion brands; your own files go in through the Upload tile.
