Change and Swap Face with AI
Swap a face on any photo using a single reference image, with no editing skills required. Upload the original picture and the face you want in it, and the AI returns a realistic result in seconds. It works for portraits, for trying out a new look, and for testing a creative concept before committing to it.
- 1Upload the original photo
- 2Add the reference face
- 3Generate the swap
This demo was recorded in our previous interface — an updated video of the new studio is on its way.
How it works
Upload the original photo
Start with the picture whose face you want to change: a campaign shot, a generated visual, or a photo of yourself.

Add the reference face
Upload one photo of the face you want in the image. One reference is enough, and you do not need to mask anything or line the two faces up yourself.

Generate the swap
The AI rebuilds the reference face with the expression of the original photo, so the swapped result keeps the mood of the shot instead of pasting a fixed portrait onto it. The realistic result comes back in seconds.

Keep the same model across a collection
This is where brands and designers get the most out of it. A collection shot over several sessions, or generated image by image, tends to drift: a different face on every visual. Swapping in one reference face brings the whole set back to a single model.
Once the face is fixed, the rest of the work is free to vary: garments, poses, backgrounds, lighting, and the expression itself, which changes on demand without touching the identity. The collection reads as one campaign rather than a folder of unrelated images. You can also simply upload a photo of yourself and use the feature as a virtual tryout, to see how a piece looks on you.
Try the face swap
Open the studio and upload the photo you want to change. It pairs naturally with the virtual try on for the clothes and with the AI model studio for the shot itself, and the rest of the toolset sits in the features catalog.
Frequently asked questions
How many reference images do I need?+
One. A single photo of the new face is enough, and there is no masking or manual alignment: the AI finds the face in the original picture and rebuilds it itself.
Does the swapped face keep the expression of the original photo?+
Yes. The AI rebuilds the reference face with the expression of the original shot, so the result keeps the mood of the picture instead of pasting a fixed portrait onto it.
Can I use my own face?+
Yes. Upload a photo of yourself as the reference and use the swap as a virtual tryout, to see how a look or a piece reads on you before committing to it.
Where do the results go?+
Swapped images land in your studio grid, organised in projects, and stay reusable in the other workflows: run a virtual try on for the clothes, animate the shot as a video, or upscale it to HD. Everything runs in the browser, with free credits at signup, and commercial use is allowed on paid plans.
