Publish Fashion Posts to Threads from the Studio
Threads is the text-first feed where fashion brands talk with their audience between two drops. The New Black AI publishes your images and videos to Threads from the same place as your other networks: connect the account once in Connectors, then post now or schedule from the social agenda of the Brand Manager, the way Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn and YouTube already work.

How it works
Connect Threads
In your profile, open Connectors and press Connect on the Threads card. Threads asks you to sign in and to allow publishing; you come back to Connectors with the card marked connected. The connection renews itself, so there is nothing to redo every few weeks.

Write a post
In the Brand Manager, open Newsletter & social and press New post. Choose the image or the video: Select from Studio picks one of your creations, or upload your own file. Tick Threads and the other networks you want, write one caption for all of them, and if Threads deserves its own words, press Write a different caption for Threads (up to 500 characters). Before anything goes, each network says whether the media fits it.
Publish now or schedule
Publish at once, or pick the day and the hour. The post takes its place in the week agenda next to your Instagram and TikTok posts, and it is marked as published once it is live on Threads.
What you can post to Threads
| Post | What goes in it |
|---|---|
| Image post | one image and up to 500 characters of text |
| Video post | one video and up to 500 characters of text |
| Source | a creation from your studio, or a file you upload |
| Timing | now, or scheduled on the week agenda |
The studio's vertical clips, a Model Walk, a Product 360, a UGC video, fit the Threads feed as they are. A still from an editorial or a flat lay of the new collection makes a good image post, with two lines about the drop.
Why post to Threads from the studio
A brand that already plans its Instagram and TikTok posts in one agenda adds Threads without a new tool, a new login or a new calendar. The visual is made, chosen and published in the same place, and the week agenda shows every network side by side, so a quiet day on one network is visible at a glance.
An AI agent hired in your account can post to Threads too, from the same agenda, once you allow it on the Threads connector: "every Monday at nine, post my newest product photo on Instagram and Threads" is a sentence in its chat.
See the whole agenda on the social media agenda page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I schedule posts to Threads?+
Yes. Pick the day and the hour in New post; the post waits in the week agenda of the Brand Manager and goes out on its own.
Which plan do I need to publish to Threads?+
Publishing to social networks is part of the Pro, Business and Enterprise plans. Connecting the account in Connectors is open to every account.
Can I post a video to Threads?+
Yes: one video per post, from your creations or uploaded from your computer, with up to 500 characters of text.
Can I post a carousel to Threads?+
Not yet: a Threads post from The New Black AI carries one image or one video. For several pictures, schedule them as separate posts on the agenda.
Do I need a Shopify store?+
No. Connectors and the social agenda work without a store; a Shopify store adds product pages and sales figures, it is not required to post.
Can I post the same content to Instagram and Threads at once?+
Yes. Tick both networks in New post: the same image or video, the same schedule, one post in the agenda per network.
