Multi-Brand Workspaces for Agencies and Groups
An agency, a group or a studio rarely runs one brand. Until now that meant one login per brand, and signing out of one Shopify store to work on the next. On the Enterprise plan, multi-brand workspaces put every brand you manage under one account: each brand keeps its own store, brand kit and creations, and you move from one to the other in a click, on the same plan and the same credits.

How it works
Add a brand
Open the Workspace menu, in the top bar next to your portrait or at the head of your profile, and choose + Add a brand. A name is enough: the brand gets its own workspace straight away. Add as many brands as you manage, there is no limit on Enterprise.

Give each brand its own setup
Inside a brand, everything is that brand's own: its Shopify store and other connectors, its brand kit and Visual DNA, its projects, its creations and its AI agent, Mila. Nothing leaks from one brand to the next, so a client's collection never shows up in another client's grid.

Switch brands without losing your place
Pick another brand in the Workspace menu and you land on the same page in that brand: from one brand's Store to the next brand's Store, from one studio to the other. No sign out, no second browser.

Choose who works on which brand
Your team lives on the main workspace. On each member's card, tick the brands they may enter: a freelancer can work on one client and see nothing else, a creative director can move across all of them. Inside a brand, every creation still shows the real person who made it.
One balance for every brand
Credits come from the main workspace: everything created in a brand is charged to the same balance, with no transfers to manage and no separate subscription per brand. The Billing tab inside a brand says so, and shows the balance it draws from.
Archive a brand, never lose it
When a client leaves, remove the brand from the Workspace menu: it is archived, not deleted, with its creations and settings kept. If you ever leave the Enterprise plan, your brands and their data stay where they are; the switcher simply hides until you come back.
Start with several brands
Multi-brand workspaces are part of the Enterprise plan, built for brands at scale, groups and agencies. On another plan, + Add a brand opens the plans window. See the plans, or read how teams share projects and design together.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan includes multi-brand workspaces?+
The Enterprise plan, monthly or yearly. It includes as many brands as you manage. On other plans the + Add a brand button opens the plans window.
Does each brand get its own Shopify store?+
Yes. Each brand connects its own Shopify store and other platforms, and keeps its own brand kit, Visual DNA, projects, creations and AI agent. You switch between brands from the Workspace menu.
How are credits shared between brands?+
Every brand draws on the main workspace's balance. There is no cap per brand and nothing to transfer: what a brand creates is charged to the same credits.
Can I limit a team member to one brand?+
Yes. The team lives on the main workspace, and on each member's card you tick the brands that person may enter. A member always keeps access to at least one workspace.
Can I connect an existing account as a brand?+
Brands are created from the Workspace menu, each one starting fresh. To bring an existing account under your workspace, contact us and we will look at it with you.
What happens to a brand I remove?+
It is archived, not deleted. Its creations and settings are kept, and we can restore it on request.
