Newsletter & Social Analytics: Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok

The New Black AI gives a fashion brand an Analytics view per channel in the Store's Newsletter & social tab: Klaviyo, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok, each on the window you chose, against the period before, with every post and its own figures.

How it works

1

Connect the channels

In Connectors: Klaviyo with a key, Instagram, Facebook Page, YouTube Analytics and TikTok with their accounts.

2

Open Store › Newsletter & social › Analytics

One panel per channel. Klaviyo: campaigns sent, recipients, opens and open rate, clicks and click rate, revenue, unsubscribes, and your lists with their size. Instagram: reach, views, profile visits, followers, likes, comments, saves, shares. Facebook: posts, likes, comments, shares, followers, reach and impressions. YouTube: views, watch time, average view, subscribers, likes, comments. TikTok: the posts of the window with their figures.

3

Read against the period before

The period switch of the Store page drives every panel: 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or a custom range, each figure next to its previous-period value, and under the tiles the list of posts of the window with their own numbers.

Why it matters

Five dashboards, five logins, five date pickers. A brand that posts every other day and sends a newsletter a week wants one answer: did this week do better than last week, and which post carried it. The panels read your own accounts and put the comparison in the next column.

Read more in Klaviyo and social analytics in one place. Posting itself is on Social media agenda for Shopify fashion brands; the YouTube panel is detailed on YouTube Analytics for fashion brands. Everything lives on the Store page.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Shopify store?+

No. Newsletter & social works without one; only sales need a store.

Where do the figures come from?+

From your own accounts, through the connections you granted. Nothing is estimated.

Is there a limit on channels?+

No. Connect the ones you use; a channel that is not connected simply shows its Connect card.
