The New Black AI

AI Consistent Person and Model Training Generator

Most AI model images give you a new face every run. Training a consistent person gives you the same face across every shoot: an AI influencer for your brand, a recurring ambassador for your clothing, or simply a character you control. You train the AI once on a set of photos, and it learns to replicate that person's features accurately in any scenario. This page walks through the training itself; the 1 minute tutorial shows it end to end.

How it works

1

Gather 20 to 30 images of your person

The training data decides everything. Collect 20 to 30 high quality photos of the target person with varied angles and expressions, front facing and side profile among them, each at least 1000 by 1000 pixels, shot under different lighting and zoom levels. Zip them into a single file: that variety is what teaches the AI the person rather than one photograph of them.

2

Launch the AI model training

Go to your profile, open AI Training, and upload your ZIP file. Depending on its size, training takes anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours. During that time the model learns the facial structure, the skin tone, the hair, and the unique expressions that make the person recognizable.

3

Create clothing photos with your consistent model

Once trained, the model produces consistent images of the same person at scale. Put your garments on the same face across the whole catalog, build marketing materials around an AI influencer aligned with your brand, and skip the cost and logistics of recurring photoshoots while the visuals stay cohesive.

Frequently asked questions

How many photos does the training need?+

Aim for 20 to 30 images of the person, zipped into one file. Quality matters as much as quantity: at least 1000 by 1000 pixels each, with varied angles, expressions, lighting, and zoom levels, so the AI sees the person from every side.

How long does training take?+

Between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size of your file. You launch it from your profile under AI Training and let it run.

What does the AI actually learn?+

The features that make the person recognizable: facial structure, skin tone, hair, and expressions. That is what allows it to generate the same person consistently in scenarios that were never photographed.

What can I do with the trained model?+

Generate consistent images of that person at scale: clothing photos for your catalog, marketing visuals, or an AI influencer for the brand. Commercial use of generated images is allowed on paid plans.
