9 Best Botika Alternatives in 2026 (Compared)

Published 3 November 2026

The best Botika alternative in 2026 is The New Black AI: it does what Botika does, a product photo turned into an on-model image and sent to a Shopify product page, and then keeps going with try-on on your own model, video of 5 to 30 seconds, tech packs and publishing to social accounts, from $15 a month. If you only need high resolution stills, WearView is the strongest single purpose option; if you want to try for free first, Modelia has a free plan; if you would rather pay per image, Uwear sells credits with no subscription. This list, updated November 2026, ranks nine alternatives, says what each is best for and where each one falls short.

What Botika does, and why brands look elsewhere

Botika turns a flat lay or a mannequin shot into an on-model product photo, with a model and a background chosen from its library, and sends the image to your store through its Shopify app. It is one of the simplest paths from a garment photo to a product page, and it does that job well.

Brands start looking for a Botika alternative for a few recurring reasons:

  • Control. The models come from Botika's own pool, and light and composition are hard to steer. Brands that want their own model, the same face across a whole collection, or a precise setting look for more control.
  • What comes after the image. Botika covers photos and short videos. A brand that also needs longer video, try-on on a person it already shot, design work or a tech pack ends up paying for several tools.
  • Price at volume. Botika's Advanced plan was about $40 a month billed yearly for 1,000 credits a year when we read it in September 2026, one credit per photo and five per video. Brands that shoot every week compare that with monthly allowances elsewhere.
  • Publishing beyond Shopify. The image often has to reach Instagram, TikTok or Pinterest too.

How we compared

We read each company's own site and pricing page: Botika, Modelia, fashn.ai, SellerPic and HuHu in September 2026, WearView, Photoroom, Claid and Uwear on 3 November 2026. We compared what a fashion brand leaving Botika asks: does the garment stay exactly as photographed, can you choose and keep the person, what does an image really cost at your monthly volume, is there video, and where does the image go next. Prices change; check the pricing pages before you commit.

1. The New Black AI

Best for: fashion brands that want Botika's flat lay to product page path and every step after it in one studio.

The AI Fashion Models studio takes a packshot, a flat lay or a ghost mannequin shot and puts it on a model you describe: woman or man, age, body shape, origin, pose. The product stays as photographed. One image costs 1 credit with the Standard AI, 3 with Pro and 7 with Ultra, in 4K from the Pro plan.

Where it goes further than Botika:

  • Your own model. Virtual Try-On dresses a person you already photographed, so a brand can keep its own face across a collection, and a Visual style keeps the light and the look consistent from one shoot to the next.
  • Other angles and swaps. Reimagine moves the same model to another angle or setting, and Swap Model keeps the outfit and changes the person.
  • Video. The still becomes a model video of 5 to 30 seconds, 22 credits for ten seconds with the Standard AI.
  • Publishing. The image goes to the Shopify product page from the same window, and to social accounts from the same workspace.
  • Before the photo. Design, sketches and tech packs live in the same account, for brands that also make their pieces.

The Starter plan is $15 a month for 200 credits, and every workflow is open on every plan. Limits: it is a broad studio, so the first hour takes longer than a one button tool.

2. WearView

Best for: brands that need the highest resolution product to model stills.

WearView makes model photos from product shots in HD, 2K and 4K, with virtual try-on on every plan and short videos from the Pro plan, and it keeps a model across a set. Lite is $29 a month for 50 credits, Pro $49 for 200 and Advanced $99 for 500, or $24, $40 and $82 a month billed yearly (read on 3 November 2026). There is no free plan, but free sample shoots and a 14 day refund on the first plan. Limits: 50 credits a month at the entry plan is a small volume, its pricing page does not mention Shopify, and it stops at the image and the clip.

3. Modelia

Best for: Shopify brands that want to try for free and add video of the same model.

Modelia offers a Starter plan at no cost with a monthly allowance and paid plans from about $30 a month (read on 25 September 2026). An image costs 3 credits, 6 in 4K, a five second video 25 credits and ten seconds 40, and a Consistent Character keeps the same model. Limits: at 3 credits an image, compare the paid volume carefully, and free images are watermarked.

4. Uwear

Best for: brands that want to pay per image with no subscription.

Uwear sells credits at $0.10 each, from $7, with a photo from 2 credits (read on 3 November 2026), and has a Shopify app for brands. A free photoshoot of two products lets you judge the result first. Limits: garments only, and no video try-on.

5. fashn.ai

Best for: brands and developers who want try-on and model swap inside their own product, through an API.

fashn.ai offers virtual try-on, model swap, product to model, packshots and image to video in a web app and as API endpoints. The Basic plan was $19 a month for 200 credits in September 2026, and credits roll over. Limits: no plug and play Shopify app, and no design, tech pack or store publishing. If the API is the reason you consider it, see also our ranking of the best AI virtual try-on tools.

6. Photoroom

Best for: teams already editing product photos at volume who want a model option alongside.

Photoroom is best known for background removal and batch editing. Its AI Fashion Models feature dresses a mannequin shot on a generated model, inside the Pro, Max and Ultra plans, billed yearly with a free trial on Pro and Max; amounts depend on your region. Limits: the model is one tool inside a photo editor, and keeping the same person across a collection is less central than in a fashion first tool.

7. Claid

Best for: turning flat lays into on-model images inside a wider product photo suite.

Claid offers AI fashion models, flat lay to model, model backgrounds and fashion video, next to upscaling and background tools, on the web and through an API. A free trial lets you test any operation; paid plans are Essentials, Pro and Business, see their site for current prices. Limits: a general product photo suite; the fashion steps after the image are not its focus.

8. SellerPic

Best for: turning one product photo into a batch of social and video assets.

SellerPic makes model shots, lifestyle scenes, multi angle views and lip-sync video aimed at TikTok and Reels, with a Shopify app, from about $29 a month (read on 25 September 2026). Limits: less precise pose and light control, and no locked model identity across a whole catalogue.

9. HuHu

Best for: turning flat lay, hanger and ghost mannequin shots into on-model images.

HuHu works from the garment shots brands already have and gives strong control over the model's attributes, from about $20 a month with a limited free use (read on 25 September 2026). Limits: garments only, limited video, no Shopify app.
